One-to-One Yoga
You might be new to yoga or a more seasoned practitioner having a busy schedule. Individual sessions enable you to practice at a time, space and pace tailored to you.

Covering the basics of yoga (3+ sessions recommended)
Tackling an advanced pose like the wheel, or refining your understanding of a fundamental pose, such as Chaturanga, which might be challenging to grasp in a group class
Learning to modify a practice to accommodate an injury, a physical impairment or chronic pain
Studio classes
Every class has a theme that targets an area of the body and builds towards a specific yoga posture (peak pose). During the practice the physical activity is intrinsically linked to the breath.
