One-to-One Yoga

You might be new to yoga or a more seasoned practitioner having a busy schedule. Individual sessions enable you to practice at a time, space and pace tailored to you.

Some of the impulses behind booking a one-to-one class

  • Covering the basics of yoga (3+ sessions recommended)

  • Tackling an advanced pose like the wheel, or refining your understanding of a fundamental pose, such as Chaturanga, which might be challenging to grasp in a group class

  • Learning to modify a practice to accommodate an injury, a physical impairment or chronic pain
